Tomtel Agent is an application for account billing monitoring of the same named ISP "Tomtel". It contains simple config, not need installation, and shows all information in system tray. For example if your balance is above zero, than you see a green "e" logo, if your balance is in credit than logo is yellow and if you can not work with internet the logo color is red.
